The Transactions publications are devoted to water management, land reclamation, environmental engineering, land surveying and environmental protection.

The publications are appreciated as scientific for graduation of scientific degrees.

The Transactions usually publish results of scientific research of Lithuanian Agricultural University, Lithuanian Institute of Water Management, Vilnius University, Kaunas University of Technology, Vilnius University of Engineering, Klaipeda University, Institutes of Energetics, Botanics, Agriculture and other Lithuanian and foreign institutions as well.
